gnome-nibbles software package provides snake game, up to four players, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install gnome-nibbles
gnome-nibbles is installed in your system.
Make ensure the gnome-nibbles package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep gnome-nibbles *
You will get with gnome-nibbles package name, version, architecture and description in a table
